The original announcement, dated 3 July 2018, describes the authorisation of placements at healthcare facilities of the Enna local health authority, ASP, for the Enna teaching centre of the Faculty of Medicine of Dunarea de Jos University in Galati.

It reports that the health authority's management signed an immediately effective resolution following a dedicated agreement with the Romanian university.

Under that agreement, the ASP was to appoint its tutors through the training unit responsible for managing placements. The university was also to appoint a tutor responsible for the activities.
